What is a home inspection?

A home inspection is a visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home. Trained certified inspectors evaluate all components for function and safety and the results are provided in a report. When problems are found we recommend remedies or further evaluation.

This is not a code inspection. Some conditions may exist in homes that would not be acceptable by today’s codes. These may be brought to the attention of the client if they represent a safety hazard or interfere with the normal function of a homes component or structural integrity. There is no personal interest in the purchase or sale of a home.
